Preheat the oven to 220°C | Gas Mark 7.
Cook the cauliflower in a pan of simmering water for 8 minutes, or until just tender.
Meanwhile, place the margarine in a microwave-safe dish. Microwave until melted, then, stir in the paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, chilli flakes and maple syrup and set aside.
Drain and pat dry the cauliflower, then transfer to a roasting tin and spread with the melted butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Place in the middle of the oven and roast for 25-35 minutes or until golden, basting with the cauliflower juices halfway through.
