Green Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 2 kiwis
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1/2 large avocado
  • 1 tsp spirulina powder
  • 200 ml orange juice (or mango juice if you prefer a sweeter smoothie)

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend for 1-2 minutes or until smooth.
  • Transfer into a bowl and decorate with your favourite toppings, be it more fruit, seeds, desiccated coconut or your favourite granola.
