Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie Bowl

Servings: 1 bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 150 ml orange juice
  • 2 pineapple slices
  • 1 peach
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp fresh ginger
  • 1/2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Transfer into a bowl and decorate with your favourite fruit, nuts or granola.
