Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie Bowl

- 1 frozen banana
- 150 ml orange juice
- 2 pineapple slices
- 1 peach
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp fresh ginger
- 1/2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Transfer into a bowl and decorate with your favourite fruit, nuts or granola.
