Ingredients

  • 200 g pitted dates, Medjojol work best but others will work too
  • 130 ml plant milk
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp smooth peanut or almond butter

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth. Taste and add more salt if required.
  • Store in the fridge in an airtight container and consume within 4 days.
