fresh coriander or parsley, finely chopped

lime juice

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, coriander and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper, taste and adjust the seasoning as required.
Refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving.
