Avocado, cannelloni & lime dip

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 can cannelloni beans
  • 1/2 lime, juice only
  • 1 tsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Scoop the avocado flesh into a blender or a food processor. Add the rest of the ingredients and blitz until smooth.
  • Season to taste!
