Fluffy vegan American style pancakes that are easy to make.

Ingredients

  • cups plain flour
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • cups soya milk
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth. If the batter is too thick, add more milk until you get the desired consistency.
  • Heat a non stick pan over medium heat and lightly coat with oil. Pour a ladle of batter, wait until the top of the pancake begins to bubble, then flip it over. Cook until both sides are golden brown.
  • Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve immediately.
