Chia Breakfast Bowl

  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 2-3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp creamed coconut/canned coconut milk
  • 1 tsp coconut flakes
  • 2 passion fruit


  • Pop your chia seeds and almond milk into a cup and let it soak for at least 30mins, then pop it into a blender together with the coconut milk. The thickness of the pudding will vary depending on the kind of you use, so if yours is too thick, you can add more almond milk if necessary.
  • Whizz together for a couple of seconds, transfer into a bowl and layer with your passion fruit. Sprinkle some coconut flakes and Voilà! Enjoy :-)
