For the base:
- 1/2 cup cashew nuts
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 pitted dates
- 1/4 cup crystalised ginger
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
For the chocolate orange filling:
- 150 ml single soya cream
- 50 ml soya milk
- 180 g dark chocolate
- 1/4 cup crystalised ginger
- 2-3 tsp orange essence
