  • 3/4 cup soya milk
  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour


  • Put all of the ingredients into a small saucepan and stir to combine. Turn on the heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  • Simmer on low heat for about a minute or until the sauce is thick and stretchy.
  • This vegan cheese sauce can be enjoyed with crisps, nachos, over pasta and many many other savoury dishes!
