Vegan Dalogna Coffee

  • Electric hand-held mixer


  • 2 tbsp instant coffee
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp hot water
  • 400 ml plant milk of choice (warm or cold depending on preference)


  • Add the instant coffee, sugar and hot water into a medium mixing bowl and whisk using an electric mixer until the mixture is light brown and holds stiff peaks.
  • Divide the oat milk between two glasses, spoon dollops of the frothed coffee mixture on top and serve.
