Creamy Pumpkin Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup plant milk of your choice
  • 1/2 cup plain soya yoghurt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup plain rolled oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 frozen banana


  • Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend on high for around 3 minutes or until smooth. If it turns out too thick, add a bit more milk to thin it out.
