Vegan American style pancakes
Fluffy vegan American style pancakes that are easy to make.
Servings: 8 pancakes
- 1½ cups plain flour
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1½ cups soya milk
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth. If the batter is too thick, add more milk until you get the desired consistency.
Heat a non stick pan over medium heat and lightly coat with oil. Pour a ladle of batter, wait until the top of the pancake begins to bubble, then flip it over. Cook until both sides are golden brown.
Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve immediately.
