Anti-inflammatory golden milk (vegan)
A powerful drink that may ease depression symptoms
- 1/2 cup non-dairy milk of your choice
- 1/2 cup canned coconut cream
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1 pinch freshly ground peppercorns
- 1 tsp maple syrup
Place all the ingredients in a small saucepan and blend until smooth.
Simmer over a low heat for 5-10 minutes whisking frequently.
Turn off heat and taste to adjust flavour and serve immediately.
