Anti-inflammatory golden milk (vegan)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup non-dairy milk of your choice
  • 1/2 cup canned coconut cream
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 pinch freshly ground peppercorns
  • 1 tsp maple syrup

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a small saucepan and blend until smooth. 
  • Simmer over a low heat for 5-10 minutes whisking frequently.
  • Turn off heat and taste to adjust flavour and serve immediately.
