Ingredients
1 can400gblack beans
1/2cupplain rolled oats
1/2cupdark chocolate chips
1/3cupcoconut palm sugar
1/4cupsmooth peanut butter
1/4cupcoconut oil
3tbspcocoa powder
1tbspmaple syrup
2tspvanilla extract
1tspbaking powder
pinch of salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 175C / Gas Mark 4. Line a baking tin with baking parchment and set aside.
In a food processor, combine all of the ingredients except chocolate chips and pulse until smooth.
Stir in majority of the chocolate chips (leave around 1 teaspoon for later) and mix.
Pour the brownie mixture into the baking tin, and smooth out the top using a silicone spatula. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top of the cake.
Place in the oven and bake for around 20 minutes. Once out of the oven, let it cool all the way. I know! It’s tough.
