Raw vegan chocolate
Easy raw vegan chocolate recipe made with cacao butter, maple syrup and unsweetened cacao powder.
Servings: 8 small bars
- 100 g cacao butter
- 6 tbsp cacao powder
- 3-4 tbsp maple syrup
Melt 100 grams of cacao butter in a bowl over a pan of water on a low heat.
Once melted, add 6 tbsp of cacao powder and 3-4 tbsp maple syrup. Mix well with a metal whisk and pour into mini chocolate moulds. Leave to set in the fridge for around 15 minutes.
