Strawberry smoothie

  • 1 banana
  • 250 g frozen strawberries
  • 2 apricots
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 5 tbsp coconut cream
  • 200 ml water


  • Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth, only adding water a little at a time as needed, and scraping down the sides/mixing as needed.
  • Once well blended, divide between two glasses and enjoy immediately. Best when fresh, though leftovers will keep covered in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
