Creamy pesto pasta

Ingredients

  • 2 cups penne pasta

For the sauce

  • 2 tbsp soya yoghurt
  • pinch of salt
  • 3 tbsp pesto

Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add the pasta and cook according to package directions.
  • Whilst the pasta is cooking, mix all of the remaining ingredients in a small bowl or a mug. 
  • Once the pasta is cooked, drain the pasta and mix with the creamy pesto sauce, stirring to coat the pasta completely. Enjoy hot or cold.
