Hey guys! So I finally jumped on the bandwagon and made some Dalogna coffee and OH MY GOD! It tastes SO good!
For those of you who don’t know, Dalogna coffee is a Korean coffee drink and it is the latest internet sensation. It is made by whipping equal amounts of instant coffee, sugar and hot water until light and fluffy before adding it to cold or hot milk.
I made my Dalogna coffee vegan using oat milk, but any milk will work for this recipe.
Vegan Dalogna Coffee
- Electric hand-held mixer
- 2 tbsp instant coffee
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp hot water
- 400 ml plant milk of choice (warm or cold depending on preference)
- Add the instant coffee, sugar and hot water into a medium mixing bowl and whisk using an electric mixer until the mixture is light brown and holds stiff peaks.
- Divide the oat milk between two glasses, spoon dollops of the frothed coffee mixture on top and serve.
