I’m still going strong with my pumpkin addiction and will be doing so for quite a while. You have been warned guys! But if you, like me, are in love with pumpkins.. this smoothie is a must-try! It requires 8 ingredients, 1 blender, and just under 5 minutes to make.
This creamy pumpkin smoothie would make the perfect breakfast or afternoon snack. For extra protein, try adding in some hemp seeds or protein powder of your choice. Let’s do this!
Creamy Pumpkin Smoothie
- 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 cup plant milk of your choice
- 1/2 cup plain soya yoghurt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup plain rolled oats
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 frozen banana
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend on high for around 3 minutes or until smooth. If it turns out too thick, add a bit more milk to thin it out.
