Hands up if you’re a hummus fan? (Hand raised up high!)
Hummus has always been one of my favourite dips. I always used to think hummus was hard to make. I don’t know why but I just thought it would be more hassle than it is worth and boy how wrong was I. It is probably the easiest dip I have ever made. AND it tastes a-ma-zing! 8 ingredients. 5 minutes of your time. Let me show you how this magical, fluffy, creamy, perfectly spiced dip is made!
The best thing about this recipe? Super flexible! If you fancy something more spicy, why not add a couple of jalapeños or dried chilli flakes, or for a more flavoursome dip, add a handful of sun-dried tomatoes.
