This is just a basic vegan strawberry smoothie bowl recipe so feel free to jazz it up! I often add peaches and mangos to make it a little sweeter. Not too much to say about this one, except that it is delicious!
Don’t forget that smoothie bowl toppings are literally endless. You can add more nutrients, flavour and texture by adding various toppings to your bowl.

- Almonds, walnuts or other nuts
- Chia seeds
- Cut up fruit
- Desiccated coconut

Pink Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1/2 large avocado
- 1½ cup strawberries
- 150 ml almond milk
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend for 1-2 minutes or until smooth.
- Transfer into a bowl and decorate with your favourite toppings, be it more fruit, seeds, desiccated coconut or your favourite granola.
